Meet and Greet with DHL

On Wednesday 6 July, one of our Mars Drinks Customer Service Technicians, Tony Lebatt, along with Neil Hodges and Andy Strokosz from the Mars Drinks factory, visited DHL’s site in Milton Keynes to meet and greet some our KLIX customers.
We love meeting up with all our new and existing customers to ensure we’re providing the best service possible. DHL’s site is incredibly busy and our KLIX OUTLOOK vending machines are in use throughout the day.
At the start of the day, we were met with much surprise and delight from the employees as all the KLIX vending machines were put on free-vend for the day. This gave our team a great opportunity to find out what people really thought about KLIX.
Tony and the team were able to speak directly to the customers to gain valuable feedback about the service we provide as well as the products available.
At 2pm and a cool 300 free-vends later, the team managed to get through an impressive amount of questionnaires!
Tony talks about the success of the day:
“It was a very busy, but very productive day. It was great to hear some positive feedback about the drinks and service that we provide at KLIX, although we couldn’t turn the machines on to free-vend all the time – which was a popular comment! However, I was able to adjust the vending machines so people are able to order more than one drink at a time, making it easier for employees to ‘get a round in’ for their colleagues.”
At Mars Drinks we think it’s very important to stay in close contact with all our customers through activities such as this, as well as by providing consistently good customer service.
