KLIX – making drinks vending simpler

At Mars Drinks we know our excellent customer service and simple account management make your job easier.
You enjoy the drinks - we focus on serving up a perfect cup every time. Our aim is to make your day easier by providing you with your favourite branded drinks on demand, from drink vending machines which are so reliable, you’ll take them for granted.
With this in mind we are always striving to improve our systems whilst looking for feedback from our customers on what they really want from their drinks vending supplier. Recently we had some fantastic feedback from customers taking part in our National Net Promoter Customer Survey. The information allowed us to review certain internal processes to be sure that we are anticipating customer needs and expectations, ensuring that all our customers get the right level of support, and are aware of the different ways they can communicate with us at KLIX.
As well as improving service and making our customers’ lives simpler, talking to our customers gives us an opportunity to let them know about the fun promotions and competitions that we are organising. This year we have already given away some great prizes, from extreme driving experiences to our latest promotion where we gave away 25 exclusive PG Tips goodie bags with prizes including PG tips monkey mugs, pens, tea towels and posters. And we’ve got stacks more activities planned to the end of the year.
