Mars Drinks trains for the future

At Mars Drinks, we think it’s vital for our associates to know about all the different areas of our business. As hot drinks are a core part of what we do, we feel that experiencing first hand how the coffee and tea farmers live and work is essential.
Mars Drinks associates from around the world were recently invited to
apply to take part in a five day trip to Kenya to do just that.
This formed part of our ongoing Mars Ambassador Programme (MAP) which gives Mars associates the opportunity to show their personal commitment to making a difference to people and the planet.
The
five lucky Mars Drinks associates who were chosen to go on the trip
were amazed by the positive improvements in those farms that have
benefited from training from Mars Drinks and the Rainforest Alliance.
