We’ve had some great feedback from our customers through our national Net Promoter Customer Survey.
This has enabled us to adjust our account management structure to ensure that each of our customers receives the right level of support. We’ve set up a new Customer Account Management team, based in our Basingstoke office, to ensure that we keep in touch with you more effectively. Through regular contact we can not only ensure that your individual needs are met but also offer you fun extras like promotions and prize draws.
