FLAVIA Introduces new Dairystix milk sticks

From 12th February 2010, Mars Drinks customers will be able to order our new FLAVIA Dairystix.
We have been listening to your feedback, and after extensive research, we made the decision to switch from milk pots to FLAVIA Dairystix. You may have noticed this type of milk packaging becoming more popular in the industry, including with airlines and hotels. However, FLAVIA Dairystix are the only 12ml Dairystix available as they are manufactured exclusively for FLAVIA to give you just the right amount of milk for your FLAVIA tea or coffee.
The new FLAVIA Dairystix contains only pure milk and is a preferred alternative to the milk pot. The most obvious change between the milk products is the packaging, but other benefits include:
More Sustainable
FLAVIA Dairystix uses less packaging than the milk pot making it a more sustainable product. We have saved up to 50% of the packaging vs. plastic milk pots.
Supporting British Farmers
FLAVIA Dairystix actively supports British Farmers. It is certified as part of the Red Tractor Scheme and the semi-skimmed milk is assured and sourced from the UK.
More Durable
FLAVIA Dairystix packaging is much stronger than milk pots which will help to reduce any damage in transit, therefore minimising leaks in boxes and mess.
You can order our new milk product from 12th February 2010. The new code for FLAVIA Dairystix is FM86.
The price per stick remains the same as the milk pots at 4.13p per pack and the new cases of Dairystix are available in quantities of 200 at £8.25 per case. That means there are 80 more portions of milk per case than the previous milk pots.
