Mars Drinks wears its heart on its sleeve

Supporting the British Heart Foundation
The Mars Drinks office in Basingstoke was recently turned into a sea of red in aid of 'The British Heart Foundation'. Mars Drinks associates were encouraged to take a break from all their hard work in the world of hot drinks vending to take part in some fun fundraising activities.
On the day, the Mars Drinks team enjoyed activities including a prize raffle, a sweepstake and a number of competitions like ‘guess the number of sweets in a jar’. To remind us all of how important the cause is, plenty of ‘Well Being’ information has been made available to encourage our associates to lead a healthy lifestyle.
We were also lucky enough to have a special guest on the day as Aileen Richards (VP P&O Mars Incorporated) was visiting us in Basingstoke. In true Mars Drinks style, she really got into the spirit of the day and ensured she was wearing red! At the end of a busy fun-filled day we managed to raise a fantastic £503 for The British Heart Foundation. A big thank you to all our associates who took part and made it a wonderfully successful day!
