Turning talk into action

We always want to hear your feedback and suggestions to help us continue to improve our products and services, so we can exceed your expectations. Earlier this year, we got on the phones and surveyed customers from across the UK to hear what they thought about both KLIX and FLAVIA.
We asked customers to comment on a range of criteria including:
• Drink range and quality
• Machine quality
• Value for money
• Customer service
We thought you’d be interested to see the results.
Overall, we’re delighted to say the choice and quality of our drinks range for both brands were rated favourably, as were the machines’ ease of use and technical support, which is great. But we’ve got some work to do as well, so we’ve got straight on the case. To help you order those extra drinks quickly and easily whenever you want, we’re introducing a new online ordering system. It’s a cost effective way of ensuring you have the drinks you want, when you want them.
We also understand you’d like to receive more proactive news of changes and additions to our range. We’ve taken this on board and hope that our regular refresh newsletter is a good starting point.
