What’s your favourite KLIX or FLAVIA drinks choice?
I can’t choose I like them all!
What is a typical working day like?
Very busy – I organise the delivery of KLIX and FLAVIA machines to our customers. We are their first point of contact after the sale and we’re here to make sure their machines get delivered first time and on time.We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
You’ve worked at Mars Drinks for over 20 years, what makes it such a special place to work?
The people! At Mars Drinks we are well looked after and have the freedom to use our initiative to do our job well.
What is your proudest achievement?
I was nominated as “a great Associate to work with” for the Mars Make the Difference programme. I was really proud of the nomination, especially as it was my colleagues who put me forward.
How have the machines changed over the years?
They are better looking, more reliable and have an impressive choice of great branded drinks. Over the years we have really seen some great innovations from the development team.
