Our team delivers the full package, from specifying the number and nature of vending machines to advising on menu management and the on-going monitoring and management of customer satisfaction.
Our promise to you…your vending machines will be working over 99% of the time.
If your machine is empty, we will refill it by the end of the following working day. If your machine is not working, we will attend by the end of the following working day. 98% of the time we will fix it first visit. Any engineer visits will be conducted by full-time employees of either Mars or Coca-Cola Enterprises.
